Yoga Face Exercise

Face exercises are widely used all over the globe for different purposes, most of the people who perform this have a purpose to get rid of wrinkles. But there are still mixed opinion of different people about Yoga Face Exercise.

Raise your eyebrow and keep them in the same position for at least 8 - 10 seconds.

Open your mouth wide open and move your tongue in different positions, also hold your tongue in different positions for a few seconds.

Now raise your eyebrows as high as possible and then open your mouth wide open as the same time for 10 seconds.

Use your fingers to press your cheeks from both sides one by one and then at the same time, while pressing from both sides raise your cheek muscles and try to move them several times.

Move your nose up and down as much you can several times.

Make shape of ‘O’ with your lips and then smile wide as much you can. Then do both these steps at the same time.

Sit in a chair, make it as comfortable as you can and look toward the roof. Pucker your tongue out as much as you can and move your neck on both sides as much as you can to exercise your neck.

This tip is used for smooth your forehead, widen your eyes as much as you can. Try to reveal as much white parts of eyes as you can and stay in that position until your eyes start to water. In this position you are exercising the muscle in your forehead and eyes, and as an ultimate result, your forehead muscles will be relaxed.

This tip is to make your cheeks firm. Take a deep breath and then make your mouth like a bullfrog, stay in this position as long as you can and then releases the breath.
